Refund policy
All EnamelPaw products are custom-made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Exceptions — We've got you covered if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your order is lost in transit
- There is a production error on our part (wrong design, wrong color, etc.)
- Other circumstances beyond your control (force majeure)
In any of the above cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to find the best resolution — including a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.
