Welcome to EnamelPaw. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Orders All products are custom-made to order. We begin production shortly after your order is confirmed. Please review your order details carefully before submitting, as changes may not be possible once production has started.

2. Payments Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. All prices are listed in USD.

3. Shipping We ship to the United States. All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production, plus an additional 10 business days for delivery. Orders are expected to arrive within 20 business days from the date of purchase. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or affected by circumstances beyond your control. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of EnamelPaw and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability EnamelPaw is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
