How does the customization work?

Simply place your order and upload a clear photo of your pet. Our artisans will hand-craft your portrait in vibrant cloisonné enamel — no two pieces are ever the same.

How long does it take?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 10 business days for production, plus 10 business days for shipping — approximately 20 business days in total. We'll notify you as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I know it will look like my pet?

We work from your photo with care and attention to detail. If you have any concerns about the likeness, feel free to contact us before or after placing your order — we're happy to help.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary by destination.
